Effective February 7, 2025 * 24 Hour Cancellation Policy Scheduled appointments must be canceled within 24 hours of the upcoming appointment. Failure to cancel without notice will result in a 50% cancelation fee; this fee must be paid before rebooking another service. * No Foreign Lash Fills No foreign lash fills. Soak offs & a new set are recommended. This allows for a 100% guarantee of my work. * Online Booking Online booking is available to new and returning customers. This is the easiest method to schedule, track, & reschedule appointments. All customers who use online booking are required to keep a debit or credit card on file. * Late Policy Any client who arrives more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule & subject to the cancellation fee. The full time allotment is required to deliver the best service & to prevent running into other client’s time. By booking online and confirming your appointments, you agree that you have read and understand these policies and therefore agree to any fees that your card is potentially charged for.
